Housed in a little green shop in the Seahorse Shopping Center on the east end, Pinocchio’s Original Italian Ice Cream has been a Sanibel tradition for more than 33 years. Pinocchio’s is known for their unique homemade Italian signature ice creams and large serving sizes.
